Mabolo

Brgy. Mabolo's namesake came from the mass of mabolo trees that used to distinguish the area. Today, it is a busy residential area. The barangay holds two different fiestas on different dates. For children, residents celebrate on May 12, the date when the Spaniards left while for adults, they hold the celebration every August 16 during the birthday of San Roque. Known landmarks in the area include the San Roque Chapel, Miriam School and a branch of the Hong Kong Panciteria.
